Mission & Vision

I view therapy as a collaborative process of developing a deeper relationship with yourself. Through curiosity and compassion, we begin to understand why certain thoughts, reactions, or patterns keep showing up.

I don’t see people as broken. I see people as having adapted to difficult experiences in ways that once made sense. With the right support, those patterns can shift, and healing becomes possible.

My Approach

In our work together, we will move at a pace that feels supportive and manageable while exploring emotional patterns, difficult experiences, intrusive thoughts, relationship dynamics, or parts of yourself that may feel stuck or overwhelmed.

I believe healing happens in a space where you feel understood, supported, and not judged. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs and goals.

Who I Help

You may be here because you’re:

  • Feeling overwhelmed, constantly on edge, or emotionally exhausted,

  • Struggling with intrusive thoughts, anxiety, compulsions, reassurance-seeking, or OCD patterns,

  • Carrying the impact of trauma, PTSD, childhood experiences, or emotionally painful relationships,

  • Feeling stuck in perfectionism, avoidance, shame, or self-criticism,

  • Navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, or feeling disconnected from yourself.

If any of this resonates, therapy can help you better understand these patterns and begin moving toward change.

Why wait? Start now. The present moment is where healing begins..

If you’re searching for OCD therapy, ERP therapy, PTSD, trauma therapy in Burke, Fairfax, or Northern Virginia, I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.

How I Help

I help clients by integrating evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).

Together, we work to better understand emotional patterns, process difficult experiences, reduce avoidance and compulsive cycles, and build a greater sense of safety, clarity, and self-understanding.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

A compassionate, parts-based approach that helps you better understand and relate to different aspects of yourself.

EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

An evidence-based approach that helps process and integrate overwhelming or unresolved experiences.

ERP Therapy for OCD (Exposure and Response Prevention)

A structured and effective approach that helps reduce intrusive thoughts, compulsions, anxiety, reassurance-seeking, and avoidance patterns that keep OCD cycles going.

In-person sessions provide a calm, private space for those who prefer face-to-face work, while telehealth offers flexibility and convenience without compromising the quality of care.
